Fred Allen Nelson of Dillon was sentenced on felony theft (common scheme) in Fifth Judicial District Court. Judge Luke Berger sentenced him to five years in the Montana State Prison, all time suspended, credit time served; court fees; pay $30,946 in restitution (joint and several); probation conditions.
