Donkey bball CANCELED

A Donkey Basketball tourney set for the BW Lodge in Dillon on March 31, has been canceled due to concerns over the coronavirus.

NRA Banquet MOVED AND POSTPONED

The Southwest Montana Friends of the NRA’s 15th Annual Banquet on April 4 has been postponed until May and moved from UMW to a new location— the old Shopko building at 100 E. Helena St. in Dillon. For more information, call 683-9844 or 683-2308.

Climb the M April 25

Montana Running Company will host the Fourth Annual “Climb The M” 5k & 10k Trail Race on April 25, starting from the trailhead to “The M” just off Ten Mile Road west of of Dillon to raise funds for the University of Montana Western Cross-Country team. The starting guns will sound at 8 a.m. for the 10k and a half-hour later for the 5k. This is a challenging technical trail run. Archery tourney April 25

Marathon May 16

The annual running of the Beaverhead Marathon through some of the most beautiful landscapes in the U.S. will happen May 16, with the full marathon starting at 9 a.m. and half-marathon commencing an hour later. For more information, go to www.beaverheadmarathon.com.
