Rachel Mayberry Throckmorton

Rachel Mayberry Throckmorton departed her earthly home for her heavenly home on March 19, 2022.
She is survived by a family who she dearly loved: husband Fred, North Carolina; son Terry (Karen) Dillon, Montana; daughter Ginger, North Carolina; four grandsons, CJ/Cheyenne (Kam), Georgia, Brandon, North Carolina, Brian (Erin), Montana, Todd (Cynthia), Montana; greatgrandchildren Peyton, North Carolina, Scout, Georgia, Bailey, Grayson, Gunner, and Brynlee, Montana; step great-grandchil dren, Ashley Liekem (Jace), Montana and Cody Rowland, North Carolina; sisters Doris Thumma and Kay Peterson, Dillon, Montana; wonderful nieces, nephews and friends.
Rachel loved God, her family, friends and the simple things in life – music, books, decorating, flower gardening, theatre and traveling. She was a beloved teacher and counselor to many.
A Celebration of Life has taken place in North Carolina and Montana with family and friends.
