To the editor,It seems that the House of Representatives is finally functioning in the manner that the framers of the constitution intended. This was accomplished because 20 courageous House of Representative holdouts were able to coerce the leadership into changing the rules. Among those 20 congressmen was our very own Montana Representative Matt Rosendale. We now have a functioning House with Kevin McCarthy as Speaker. Nancy Pelosi‘s rule from the top is no more.
