Dillon City Court news for July 3-July 24:

Talon L. Hoagland of Butte was found guilty of Contempt of Court; was sentenced to five days in jail, all suspended.

Shawn Rion Oelschlager of Dillon was found guilty of Contempt of Court; was fined $100.

Thomas Russell Cook of Dillon was found guilty of Operating with Alcohol Concentration of 0.08% BAC or Greater (1st offense); was fined $685; and was sentenced to five days in jail, all suspended, and to pay $46.80 in restitution.

Kimberlei Joie Brown of Dillon was found guilty of Contempt of Court; was sentenced to five days in jail, all suspended.

Tanner Patrick Maloney of Butte was found guilty of Contempt of Court; was sentenced to pay $130 in restitution.

Kara Christine Broksle of Dillon was found guilty of Partner or Family Member Assault (1st offense); was fined $585 and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, with nine days suspended and two days credited.

Neal Marshall Maxfield of Dillon forfeited bond of $25 for the offense of Illegal Parking.
