Carolyn Jo Funk Page passed away peacefully on Friday morning, December 23 ,2022, at The Community Hospital of Anaconda at the age of 80 while surrounded by her family.

Carolyn was born on June 26, 1942, in Bentonville, Arkansas to Martin and Catherine Funk. Her family moved to California where she met Clifton G. Page, while going to High School in Willits, California. She married her high school sweetheart, Cliff on December 28,1959. They would have celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary on Tuesday. They made their home in Woodland, California where they raised their 3 children.

Carolyn was a devoted wife and mother and she also worked in the medical billing field for many years. She was a gifted seamstress who enjoyed sewing clothes for her daughters and her home. In 1984 she moved with her husband to Wise River, Montana. Together with their son, Chuck, they owned and operated Pioneer Outfitter, a hunting and fishing outfitting business. While being a successful businesswoman, she was also a teacher’s aide for many years at the Wise River School where she got much joy and fulfilment.

For the last 20 years, she courageously battled Parkinson’s Disease. She had many challenges and obstacles and never spoke of giving up. Her last 3 years she lived in a convalescent home where she fearlessly continued her fight. Carolyn is survived by the love of her life of 62 years, Cliff of Wise River, Montana and children; daughter Cathy Tsutsui and husband David of Woodland, California, daughter Connie Page and husband Lonnie Le of Visalia, California, and son Chuck Page and wife Shawna of Wise River Montana. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren; Crystal, Christopher, Caitlyn, Chase, Jeremy, Joshua, Christiane, Deonna and Casawndra and her l0 great-grandchildren; Cole, Lucas, Liliana, Eizai, Kylie, Nathan, Kennady, Landon, Zaiden, and Jayda. As well as by her sister Bonnie Lucille Sher and husband Brian of Woodland, California.

Services will be held on Thursday, December 29,2022, at l p.m. at Church of the Big Hole, 215 School House Road, Wise River, with Pastor Mary Davis officiating. Carolyn will then be laid to rest at the Dewey Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.wayrynenrichards.
