Rotary Biz Meeting today

BCHS boys bball Thursday at home

Bannack events Sat.

The 157th anniversary of the Hanging of Sheriff Henry Plummer and his cohorts will be reenacted at 2 p.m. in Bannack State Park on Saturday, Jan. 8—the same day the Bannack Association will host a 5 p.m. Social Hour followed by a 6 p.m. Dinner in the Lewis & Clark Room on the campus of the University of Montana Western campus in Dillon. Square dancing starts Sunday at Elks

Sessions on how to Learn to Square Dance will get together 2–3:30 p.m. on Sundays, beginning Sunday, Jan. 9, and continuing through March 6, in the Elks Lodge, 27 E. Center St. in downtown Dillon. S&R Ice Fishing Derby Jan. 16

The Stan Shafer Memorial Ice Fishing Derby is set for Jan. 16 on the Clark Canyon Reservoir south of Dillon, where competitors can hook fish and thousands of dollars in prizes during this annual benefit for Beaverhead Search & Rescue. For more information, call Tara Remely at 406-925-1510.

Kids play auditions Jan. 17 at UMW

A Senior Lunch will be served Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the Senior Center, 126 S. Montana St. in downtown Dillon, where a game of bingo will follow lunch and then pinochle at 1 p.m.

Activities at Senior Center

Pinochle will be played 1–4 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at the Beaverhead Senior Center, 126 S. Montana St. in downtown Dillon, where a crafting session will happen at 1 p.m. every Tuesday—the same day lessons will be offered in bridge, a game that will be played there on Mondays.
