#10 UMW cross county star Eireann O'Conner

University of Montana Western senior Eireann O’Connor gained her unprecedented fifth All-Frontier Conference designation and fifth invite to the national meet as an individual competitor in the fall of 2021.

At the NAIA National Championships cross country meet in Vancouver, WA, O’Connor finished 12th to gain her second collegiate All-American honor.

O’Connor also gained All-American stature and the third of her five All-Conference designations as a junior in 2019.

Those fifth consecutive honors will likely stand the test of time as all-time high-water marks at UMW. They came for O’Connor in part because she got granted an extra year of eligibility due to the COVID pandemic.
