Richard Ervin Kaiser

 

Richard was born in Park City to Henry and Lydia (Lipsack) Kaiser. Richard graduated from high school in Park City and graduated with a BA in music education from Montana State University. He also spent two years in the Army, playing the tuba for the Army band from 1955–1957. He taught music at Beaverhead County High School and in Oakland, OR, and in Corning, CA, and worked construction until he retired in 2010.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Walter. Surviving are his five children:  Deborah (David) Neves, Denton, TX; Dennis (Brenda) Kaiser, Naples, FL; Karen Kaiser (Jack Zink), Dillon; Peggy (Jim) Murphy, Mandeville, LA; and Carolyn (Joey) Yenesel, Denville, NJ. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and burial will be in Park City with his parents at a later date.
